Attractor Field Technique (AFT)
AFT stands for Attractor field technique and is a way of working that uses kinesiological muscle monitoring.
AFT, as the name suggests, identifies what we attract into our lives through our thoughts and beliefs. These thoughts and beliefs, maybe, and usually are, unconscious and so are very well hidden from us at a conscious level. This is often because they were set up when we were very young and have become such a part of us that we no longer objectively recognise or see them.
These beliefs were also usually set up to keep us safe and help us to get what we wanted when we were younger. However as we progress in life, we realise that we no longer need those same things that once kept us safe, and now these beliefs and thoughts are actually proving to be an ineffective way of us getting what we now want out of life.
However, they have by now become such a habit, usually a sub-conscious habit, that we often no longer recognise them, however we are living our life still being very influenced by them. In short, we are working out of a belief system that no longer supports us, serves us and usually limits and restricts us.
However subconscious or hidden these beliefs are, your body knows they are there and knows how they are effecting your life.
Through a loving and compassionate process of firstly becoming aware of them, then simply by forgiving ourselves for thinking or believing these things, we can release them and move forward. They can be replaced with more positive beliefs that will support you now in your life and help bring about the joy and fulfillment you are looking for.
